This policy explains the limited information involved when you read the site, choose cookie settings, follow an outbound link or send us an email.
Who controls site data
Reel Choice UK is the controller for information sent directly to this website or its editorial email. For data handled after you leave for a casino, the operator's own privacy notice applies.
Technical records
Hosting infrastructure may record an IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp and error information in standard server logs. These records are used to deliver pages, protect the service and investigate faults or abuse. They are not casino gameplay records.
Cookie choice
The site stores the cookie-banner choice in the browser's local storage so the notice does not return on every page. Optional analytics, if enabled, should only run after consent. The cookie policy explains the categories and how to reset a choice.
Emails
If you email us, we receive the address, message and any information you choose to include. We use it to answer the enquiry, check a correction or maintain a record of a commercial discussion. Please do not send identity documents, payment information or operator login details.
Affiliate links
Outbound operator links contain tracking parameters. The operator or affiliate platform may use those parameters to attribute a referral. Their handling of identifiers is governed by their own notices; Reel Choice UK does not use a tracking parameter to access a player's casino account.
Retention and sharing
Information is kept only for as long as needed for the purpose described, legal obligations or security. Service providers may process limited data for hosting and email. We do not sell contact email contents as a marketing list.
